WHO AM I?

I live in Cork, the beautiful South of Ireland, but I am originally from Austria and was born in Vienna and grew up partly in Burgenland. In 2010 I decided to follow my intuition and move to Ireland, trying to find happiness in a new country. Little did I know that happiness comes from within. It also started my self-development journey at the time since I always wanted to understand the mind better. I experienced so many challenges and had so many questions…the journey began!😁

So how did Listening Space become a "thing"?

Throughout my journey, I learned, felt & understood how important it is to provide and hold space. I struggled with my own mindset for a long time, read countless books, went on retreats, joined many workshops and tried a lot of methods “on myself” to get on top of it.
But what ended up helping me in the end was, do be fully seen, heard & understood by one of my past coaches.
I thought this process was fascinating and SO powerful. And since friends and people often “consulted” me anyway, I put one and one together and decided to become a coach in 2019. An eye-opening and exciting journey, helping me to dive deeper into my own self-discovery whilst learning how to hold space and do the same for others.

Through my coaching or breathwork practices, I facilitate and hold space for people, to help them verbally and rationally process their challenges, emotions or simply work on improving certain life areas .
I love both- the coaching process and holding space to let people verbally express and process what's going on. My additional breathwork offers are helping to drop into the body deeper, which complements the mindset work really well.

Through holding space and also being held by many other facilitators along my journey, I can appreciate how valuable such a space is.

That is why I created Listening Space and decided to help others too.

Besides the above, I also love bringing people together and helping to build and grow communities, and if I can combine it with nature and wildlife, then magic happens.

I am posting more information, experiences and insights on my blog or podcast as well; make sure to check it out, too.
