How does it work?

The session lasts approximately. 45 minutes.

You can join via Zoom; there will be no sharing or talking. Join the call within the first 5 minutes if possible, you can leave your camera on or off and headphones can help to enhance your experience.

Ensure you are in a comfortable lying-down position, put your phone on mute, and let the journey begin.

Each session is structured and will come with a different theme.
