“Consistency is key”…breaking down Quotes into small action steps

Why this quite might cause you some frustration…

A recent conversation during a discovery call brought this to mind.

A topic that is very relevant for me too!

If you struggle with consistency in your life (meaning you're unable to keep up with your practice, activity, work, etc.), it might be worth taking a look within first before downloading another habit tracker app or paying for a new tool.😊


I have noticed within myself and others that when we keep looking for a fix, a tool, advice, or someone to tell us what to do, what we really should do is look inside first.


Because I facilitate those services, and also practise them for myself, I know how helpful they are, so I would recommend to you the following (totally biased, but it works):


🌱figure it out with a coach. It can really help to process it all verbally (I can help HERE)
